BitViral is a crypto-escrow marketplace. These terms are the operating rules of the product, not a substitute for your own counsel.

Escrow

When you deposit, you send coins to addresses we generate and control. Those coins stay in our possession until a placement is settled. We release a performance-based amount to the promoter. Unused escrow returns to the project’s BitViral balance and can be withdrawn to an address they set.

What we do not pay

Junk, bots, and empty work pay nothing. Qualification rules are not published. Accepting a listing locks the posted ceiling plus the 12% fee reserve.

Keys

Treasury keys are generated on the server and never returned through the app. You are responsible for the destination address you withdraw to.

Accounts

You sign in by proving control of an Emberchain or injected EVM wallet. There is no email verification. We may suspend or ban accounts that abuse the marketplace.
